Our site serves as a hosting and shopping cart service to Teachers who post their lessons. We do NOT actively monitor the products for quality of the content. We only make sure that the PDF files are formatted properly.
As a small company, it is beyond our scope and capability to evaluate each and every tutorial for quality control or copyright issues. We know this may cause some frustration, but please understand our position.
Before purchasing a tutorial, look at the information provided on the Tutorial Description page. You can use the Reviews, Star Ratings, and even ask questions about a certain lesson before purchasing. Remember, there are no refunds given to digital products.
Now, if you received a tutorial which left you dissatisfied, then there are a few things you can do:
1) Contact the Teacher via the Tutorial Description page, using the “Suggest a Correction” link located inside the Tool box. This is a PRIVATE way to contact the Teacher to suggest an improvement that can be made.
2) Post a constructive Review of the tutorial, and tell the Teacher what you think can be improved. To write a Review, visit the Tutorial Description page and click on Read and Write Reviews located under the Star Rating box.
Make sure that when writing a Review, you are CLEAR about what can be improved. After all, Reviews are public posts. You don’t want to offend or attack a Teacher personally.
3) Post a Star Rating at the Tutorial Description page. There you can give generic feedback to the Teacher about what you didn’t like. The Ratings are anonymous, but can be too generic for your case.
Every Teacher deserves our respect. It is not easy to write lessons and not everybody is born a natural writer. Always be courteous and regard this as a chance to help improve a lesson. The Teachers appreciate it and most of them are happy enough to comply with your suggestions. When they post updates, your Downloads area will automatically be updated, so you can download the newer version again.
